Aspiring4Excellence was launched in September 2009 by Usha Nair a qualified Coach, Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Practitioner).

Usha’s career spans over 27 years.  For 20 years Usha had a successful City career working in very competitive and challenging environments – working in companies such as Accenture and the London Stock Exchange.

Since leaving the City in 2003, Usha launched her first business One2One Professional Coaching Ltd – a coaching company working with clients in both the private and corporate sector.

Usha’s passion for personal development led her to work with young people – her aim was to prepare young people for the world of work and help them develop core life skills.  As a result of her success in this field, Usha launched her own brand Aspiring4Excellence in September 2009 offering services in education.

Aspiring4Excellence uses Business Representatives when delivering their programmes to students and qualified coaches and NLP trained Practitioners when working with Teachers.

In Aspiring4Excellence's first academic year, Usha and her team worked with 4,000 young people.

In Aspiring4Excellence's second year the team have worked with 4,516 young people.

As a result of Usha's commitment to the development of young peole Usha has recently teamed up with other like minded professionals to create a Social Enterprise Community Interest Company - Network for Teaching Young Entrepreneurs (NTYE).

NTYE runs 5 Day Entrepreneurship Programmes for students during the school holiday. The aim is to keep students engaged, focused, raise aspiration and help develop vital skills and knowledge, making the holiday period more worthwhile and productive.

NTYE launched their Summer Entrepreneurs Camp in Croydon on 25th July 2011.
