How we work

Our Programmes are delivered by Business Representatives who have firsthand experience of the competitive business world and some are also qualified Coaches and NLP Trained Practitioners.

Aspiring4Excellece works with all year groups and abilities in Primary Schools, Secondary Schools (both State and Independent) and Colleges from ages 5 to 19.

Content and delivery of our programmes are adapted to meet the needs of the students.  Please highlight any special requirements at the time of booking.

All our programmes are run on school premises and teacher presence in each room is essential to the delivery of our programmes.  Off site events can also be held however, this is dependent on each school and their access to these resources.

Normal delivery style is one trainer for up to 30 students.  Multiple classes can be run on the same day for most of our programmes thereby catering for whole Year Groups. 

Larger student numbers per class can be worked with if facilities are available.  This can also help to keep the costs down for the school.

The costs of the events are dependent on the type of event, number of students and the number of classes required.  Prices are available on request.

Students who complete the Programme successfully will be awarded a Record of Achievement Certificate.

Student Prizes can be provided at an additional cost – please ask at time of booking.

Aspiring4Excellence are continually increasing its portfolio of programmes and can provide bespoke programmes on request.

To ensure the successful running of our programmes and to provide an enjoyable day for all, we recommend teachers refer to our Guidelines for Schools document.  This document will help teachers to understand the processes involved in the programme and assist them to brief key staff and prepare students for the day.
